Sean Alan Stutt

Sean Alan Stutt is a dedicated and compassionate therapist who takes immense pride in guiding individuals towards breaking through mental barriers and overcoming life's challenges. Sean employs a diverse range of therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Brainspotting. He is also certified in mindfulness teaching and specializes in trauma therapy through psychedelic integration support. As an EMDR consultant-in-training, he enjoys working collaboratively with other clinicians to enhance therapeutic practices.
