Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being for residents of Oxford, OH through our Home Delivered Meals program, which provides Medically Tailored Meals to those eligible under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services, and Supports, as well as self-pay individuals. Our meals are designed by Registered Dietitians to meet specific nutritional needs, supporting chronic conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Each meal is crafted without dairy, peanuts, gluten, or pork, ensuring a safe dining experience for our clients. We offer delivery to Medicaid and Older Americans Act beneficiaries, with eligibility varying by state and program, while self-pay options are available at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal for those who prefer the convenience of home delivery. In addition to meals, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, making it possible for everyone to access essential nutritional services tailored to their health needs.
