Located in Norwalk, OH, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and resources to individuals with dysphagia. We strive to bridge the gap for low-income individuals by offering vital products such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
