At Basic Needs Assistance, we are dedicated to uplifting residents of North Canton, OH, and the surrounding Portage and Stark County communities by providing essential support in times of need. Our comprehensive program offers vital services including food assistance through our food pantry, utility and rent assistance, mortgage help, and personal hygiene items via the Community Cupboard. We also provide seasonal assistance for things like Christmas gifts and back-to-school materials, as well as help with obtaining birth certificates and photo IDs. Transportation solutions, including bus tokens and vehicle services for employment and medical reasons, further enable our clients to thrive.
