Kay Krych is a compassionate counselor known for offering online and phone sessions that bring comfort and understanding to those in need. Having a background as a former law enforcement officer, she has firsthand experience with some of the most traumatic and emotionally challenging situations. Kay is committed to accompanying her clients on their unique journeys, helping them process their experiences and find a path forward. She works with adults, couples, and adolescents, addressing a range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, crisis, grief, and life adjustments. Employing a variety of tailored interventions based on individual needs, Kay is also trained in EMDR therapy, a powerful approach for treating trauma.
