Located in Mansfield, OH, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing access to essential resources. Our mission is to ensure that those in need can access food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, all tailored to facilitate better nutrition and care.
