Carley Springer

Carley Springer, LPC, is a dedicated licensed professional counselor at Lima SAFY Behavioral Health, where she and her staff are committed to supporting clients of all ages. Understanding that life presents challenges, Carley believes in the importance of offering a compassionate ear to those in need. With a client-centered philosophy, she follows the individual needs of her clients to help them achieve their personal goals. Carley employs motivational interviewing to help clients assess the changes required in their lives and guide them toward achieving these transformations. Utilizing a range of techniques, including play therapy, solution-focused therapy, existentialism, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused therapy, Carley emphasizes the empowerment of her clients. She encourages individuals to accept responsibility, evaluate their choices, enhance their communication skills, and practice self-care.
