We cater to clients eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, as well as those benefiting from the Older Americans Act, and we also offer a self-pay option for individuals seeking convenient meal solutions. Each meal is affordable at just $7.75 plus a flat shipping fee, empowering you to choose what you eat for yourself or a loved one. Our commitment goes beyond meals; we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support your health journey.
