Our meals cater to specific dietary needs, accommodating 36 medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those who require assistance, we encourage clients to consult their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging to explore eligibility. Additionally, we offer a self-pay program for individuals who prefer the flexibility of choosing their meals, ensuring everyone has access to convenient, nutrient-rich food at an affordable price.
