Michael Weatherford, a dedicated counselor with a PhD and LPCC-S credentials, understands that life can be difficult. The demands of work, relationships, school, and other responsibilities can lead individuals to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or depressed. When compounded by challenges such as ADHD, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other forms of mental illness, navigating through life can often feel impossible. Michael provides a comfortable, client-centered environment where exploration and processing become possible, allowing clients to regain a sense of control and manageability in their lives. His practice is broad, focusing on individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma that hampers their daily functioning. Additionally, he offers support to those facing relationship hardships and works with individuals who have physical and sensory disabilities. As someone with a visual impairment, Michael has firsthand experience navigating life’s challenges amidst external pressures.
