At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Hilliard, OH, we are dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to clients who qualify under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Our mission is to enhance the health and well-being of individuals by offering meals specifically crafted by a Registered Dietitian, addressing the dietary needs for various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We understand the importance of nutrition, which is why our meals are thoughtfully prepared to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible for assistance, our service includes meal delivery under most Medicaid and Older American Act programs, while individuals without coverage can benefit from our affordable self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal. We also provide additional services like Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, further supporting our clients on their wellness journey.
