At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), located in Franklin, OH, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our specialized Home Delivered Meals program. Our meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, cater to the unique nutritional needs of clients facing various medical challenges, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We ensure our meals meet strict dietary requirements, being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We welcome eligible individuals covered by Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as those who choose our convenient self-pay option. With N4L, you have the freedom to personalize your meal selections and deliveries for just $7.75 per meal. Our mission is to provide accessible, nutritious meals with the care and urgency required to support the health of those we serve.
