Rosa Spear, a licensed professional counselor with a Master's degree, LPC, and LICDC credentials, is dedicated to supporting clients at their current points in life. She creates a safe environment characterized by unconditional positive regard, allowing individuals to explore their potential and work toward personal goals. Rosa employs a holistic approach, emphasizing overall wellbeing and crafting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with her clients. Utilizing a variety of techniques, including traditional talk therapy alongside Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, REBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT, she tailors her methods to meet the unique needs of each individual. With eight years of experience in areas such as Addiction and MAT in OTP, School-Based settings, Residential care for adolescents, Partial-Hospitalization, and Clinical Supervision, Rosa views every client as a unique individual with inherent strengths. Her role as a therapist is to guide and empower clients to achieve their objectives, fostering an environment of respect and compassion.
