Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community in Delaware, OH, by providing home-delivered meals and medically tailored meals designed specifically for eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. We understand the importance of nutrition in managing chronic health conditions, and our meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, ensure that clients receive the essential nutrients they need, addressing over 36 medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are thoughtfully prepared to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, guaranteeing safe and wholesome options for everyone. We cater to various client needs, offering access through Medicaid and Older American Act programs, and a convenient self-pay option for those not covered by these programs at just $7.75 per meal. Furthermore, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support our clients comprehensively.
