Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community in Cincinnati, OH, by providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to eligible clients. We serve those covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals are meticulously planned by Registered Dietitians to cater to the specific nutritional needs of individuals facing health challenges, such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. With a focus on dietary restrictions, our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring they are accessible for a variety of health concerns. For those without insurance coverage, we offer an affordable self-pay program at just $7.75 per meal, allowing individuals to enjoy the convenience of home-delivered meals tailored to their preferences. We also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health journeys.
