Shauna Rich is a skilled clinical social worker and therapist with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credentials, dedicated to supporting mothers navigating the complexities of motherhood. She understands how, despite the love for their children, many women may experience feelings of uncertainty and exhaustion that can feel isolating. Shauna offers a compassionate space for mothers who may find themselves questioning their capabilities or struggling with the realities of parenting. With over 20 years of experience as a doula, parent educator, and mother of four, she specializes in Maternal Mental Health, ensuring that her clients feel seen and validated. Through individualized one-on-one sessions, either via telehealth or in serene outdoor walk and talk settings, Shauna creates a nurturing environment to help women process their feelings, develop coping skills, and rebuild their confidence in their mothering abilities.
