Carla Kastanis

Carla Kastanis, a licensed clinical counselor, understands that every journey begins with taking the first step toward healing. Carla completed her master's program at Cleveland State University and has extensive experience in addressing issues such as addiction, anxiety, depression, panic, and PTSD. She is trained in EMDR, a specialized trauma intervention that she integrates into her practice. Focused on the adult population, Carla uses her life experiences to empathize with clients, empowering them to facilitate meaningful change. Her interactions are confidential and free from judgment, helping clients explore different perspectives while learning to manage their thoughts and emotions.
