PASSPORT Program

The PASSPORT Program in Bowling Green, OH, is dedicated to supporting frail and low-income older adults in maintaining their independence at home. Through our In-Home Care Program, we empower individuals aged 60 and over to take charge of their care by choosing their own service providers, which can include friends, neighbors, or relatives.
