Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals in Barberton, OH, through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. Designed for those eligible under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act, our meals are crafted by Registered Dietitians to meet specific nutrient needs, addressing over 36 medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We provide nutritious, allergen-free meals—free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork—directly to clients' homes. For those who don’t qualify for assistance, our affordable self-pay program allows you to choose your meals and delivery for just $7.75 per meal.
