In Akron, OH, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing nourishing, Home Delivered Meals tailored to meet the health needs of individuals eligible for Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals are meticulously designed by a Registered Dietitian to ensure they meet essential nutrient requirements, supporting general health and addressing specific medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We offer meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, prioritizing safety and wellness. N4L extends its services to various beneficiaries, including those covered under Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, by working closely with Case Managers or local Area Agencies on Aging to confirm eligibility. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, select plans may include meal services as part of their programs, and we currently serve PPO plan members. Additionally, our self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal ensures that everyone can benefit from our convenient delivery service, allowing you to select meals that best fit your needs. We also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support your health journey.
