MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in White Plains, NY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by annually screening them for obesity and providing personalized resources that meet their unique preferences and needs. We offer a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite engaging with our program.
