Dan Michaud

Dan Michaud is a highly experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has dedicated over 35 years to working with children, adults, and couples. With half of his career spent supervising other practitioners, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his practice. He is proficient in a range of evidence-based therapeutic practices, yet believes that the most meaningful results are achieved by cultivating a heartfelt therapeutic relationship. Dan creates a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their strengths as well as identify areas for personal growth. Together, he collaborates with clients to pinpoint the focus areas that can reignite joy in their lives. Trained in various modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dan adapts his approach based on the dynamics of the therapeutic relationship. He is known for his comprehensive understanding and experience in substance abuse and addiction recovery, with a strong background in the 12-step approach.
