Julianna Berggren, LCSW, is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist who understands that encountering challenging times is a common part of life. She recognizes that many individuals feel as though they must face their struggles alone, often attempting to persevere through difficulties without reaching out for support. This isolation can lead to overwhelming feelings of burden that affect daily functioning. With over a decade of experience counseling individuals and families from diverse backgrounds—including various cultures, genders, sexual orientations, religions, and races—she is equipped to help clients navigate their challenges and work towards relief. Julianna specializes in mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family stressors, relationship difficulties, and parenting adolescents and teens. Additionally, she offers a culturally sensitive approach and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, ensuring her clients feel understood and supported in a safe therapeutic environment.
