MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Plattsburgh, NY, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. With a mission to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity, MOVE! offers tailored treatment options that accommodate individual needs and preferences. Our program features various services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
