Our program is designed for anyone navigating a recent kidney disease diagnosis, caregivers, or those preparing for dialysis, offering in-depth knowledge on symptoms and stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), nutrition tailored for kidney health, emotional coping strategies, and available treatment options including home dialysis. We aim to empower our participants by sharing valuable resources and creating a supportive environment. To accommodate a variety of needs, our classes are accessible in multiple formats—whether online, via video conference, phone calls, or in-person sessions, we strive to make kidney health education easily accessible for everyone.
