Located in Oswego, NY, our Culinary Program offers a transformative 45-day experience designed specifically for veterans and active-duty soldiers eager to launch or enhance their culinary careers. This intensive program combines hands-on training with workshops led by esteemed leaders in the food industry, providing participants with invaluable networking opportunities. Additionally, participants will engage in field trips to local food purveyors and businesses, enriching their understanding of the culinary landscape.
