Barbara Bennett

Barbara Bennett is a compassionate Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) who understands that life can often feel overwhelming. With the many responsibilities adults and elders juggle, feelings of anxiety, self-doubt, and anger may arise. Barbara recognizes the challenge of balancing roles as a parent, spouse, and friend, often leaving individuals feeling lost and disconnected. Her extensive training in therapy models such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Body-Centered Gestalt Therapy, EMDR, and the Intuitive Healers Training Program equips her to guide clients toward positive change. With a unique ability to connect deeply with children and families, Barbara approaches therapy holistically, integrating art, imagery, and play where appropriate. She combines her knowledge with a heartfelt commitment to helping her clients navigate their journeys.
