MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Monsey, NY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by addressing obesity and promoting sustainable weight management solutions. Our mission is to ensure that all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities are screened annually for obesity, and we provide a range of tailored services to meet their unique needs. Participants can engage in various weight management options, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer self-directed strategies, the MOVE! Coach mobile app offers a comprehensive tool for personal weight management. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and access to bariatric surgery for Veterans who require further assistance after utilizing MOVE! services.
