MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Monroe, NY, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to an array of personalized weight management services that align with their needs and preferences. We offer supportive options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. Veterans also have access to the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, as well as weight-loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who require additional assistance after participating in our program.
