Family Support Project

At the Family Support Project in Merrick, NY, we are dedicated to empowering families to achieve long-term stability and prevent academic disruptions for their children. Through comprehensive navigation services funded by The Siemer Institute and United Way of Long Island, we support families grappling with challenges that threaten self-sufficiency and could lead to homelessness. Our program offers vital resources such as case management and coaching, immediate financial assistance to address housing crises, financial and budget education, job training referrals, and access to essential food and nutrition education.
