Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Massapequa, NY, offers compassionate, free meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and older who are in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program provides a welcoming online space for participants to join live, facilitated group meals at convenient times throughout the day, including two lunch and two dinner sessions. Each meal support gathering is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners who are in training for their Certified Nutrition Specialist certification, ensuring participants receive both guidance and understanding during the meal process. We strive to create a safe environment where individuals can nourish themselves while receiving the extra support they need on their recovery journey.
