Family Support Project

The Family Support Project in Lindenhurst, NY, is dedicated to empowering families to achieve long-term stability and prevent academic disruptions for children. Our mission focuses on assisting families transitioning from crisis to stability through comprehensive support services. With funding from The Siemer Institute and in partnership with United Way of Long Island, we offer vital navigation services to families facing challenges that threaten self-sufficiency and increase the risk of homelessness. Our program includes case management and coaching, financial assistance to alleviate emergency housing crises, financial and budget education, job training referrals, and access to food and nutrition education, ensuring that families are equipped to thrive.
