Located in Lancaster, NY, OLV Human Services offers essential Preventive Services aimed at supporting families referred by the Erie County Department of Social Services. We understand that many families face challenges such as parenting difficulties, interpersonal conflicts, educational hurdles, and issues relating to substance abuse or community violence. Our compassionate team is dedicated to ensuring safety and preserving family unity, striving to prevent the placement of children outside their homes. Our comprehensive program includes personalized case management, parenting and nutrition education, budgeting assistance, and essential health and hygiene skills training. Additionally, we facilitate access to vital community resources such as individual and group counseling, psychiatric assessments, and advocacy services, all provided without consideration of income once eligibility is confirmed.
