Elizabeth Koelmel is an accomplished clinical social worker and therapist, specializing in working with adolescents, adults, and families during their transitional phases. Her expertise encompasses crucial life stages, including adolescence, college, young adulthood, parenting, menopause, and end of life. Elizabeth is adept at supporting individuals facing challenges related to trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. With a strong foundation as a licensed master social worker (LMSW) and a Master's in Teaching, Elizabeth brings two decades of experience as a teacher and counselor for teenagers, educators, and parents in educational settings. Her practice reflects her commitment to somatic work, integrating nervous system awareness into the therapeutic process, and empowering clients to heal themselves.
