Eben Stiles

Eben Stiles is a compassionate Clinical Social Worker and therapist, holding a Master's degree from SUNY Albany School of Social Welfare. Recognizing that everyone possesses the potential for meaningful transformation, he understands that many individuals navigate life using unhealthy coping mechanisms. Through mindfulness-based techniques and a strengths-based perspective, Eben helps clients pause, reframe their responses to challenges, and cultivate resilience. He works with adults and elders, addressing pressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.
