At the Food Pantry in Jamaica, NY, we are dedicated to alleviating hunger for low-income families and individuals throughout the five boroughs of New York. We offer emergency food assistance, allowing customers to visit once a month to receive a generous supply of nutritious food that lasts for three days. Each visit includes approximately 32 pounds of healthy options, featuring fresh fruits and vegetables, all provided with care and respect for the dignity of our clients. We kindly ask visitors to bring a cart or bags to help transport their food. First-time guests will need to complete a brief intake process to ensure we can best meet their needs. Together, we work to create a community where no one has to go hungry.
