MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Jackson Heights, NY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission focuses on conducting annual screenings for obesity among all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities and connecting them with tailored weight management options that meet their individual needs. Participants can engage in group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, or use our innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who struggle with weight-related challenges after trying our program.
