Free Meals

In Jackson Heights, NY, Free Meals, an initiative by the New York City Department of Education, ensures that every New Yorker can access nutritious meals without barriers. Offering three free meals daily at over 400 Meal Hubs throughout the city, this program invites everyone to enjoy healthy Grab-and-Go options. Meals are available for children and families from 7:30 am to 11:30 am, and for adults from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, with no registration or ID required.
