Veterans' Services

Veterans' Services, located in Great Neck, NY, is dedicated to supporting the brave men and women who have served our country. We recognize the unique challenges faced by veterans and their families while transitioning back to civilian life, and we are here to assist in that journey with compassion and respect. Our Military Appreciation Tuesdays at local food pantries offer veterans and their families access to vital food assistance, personal care items, household essentials, pet food, and school supplies when available. We also provide a Mobile Pantry program, delivering nutritious groceries directly to homebound and disabled veterans who are unable to visit pantries. Additionally, through our VetsWork initiative, veterans can receive valuable job skills training—cover letter and resume writing support—and real-world experience through various volunteer and training opportunities. We are committed to empowering our veterans, fostering community connections, and ensuring they have the resources they need to thrive.
