Free Meals

Free Meals is dedicated to ensuring that every New Yorker has access to nutritious food, offering three free meals daily at over 400 Meal Hubs throughout Forest Hills and beyond. Our program is designed for everyone, providing Grab-and-Go meals with a commitment to inclusivity; no one will be turned away. We welcome families and individuals, operating meal distributions for children and families from 7:30 am to 11:30 am and for adults from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Each visit allows you to collect three meals, including vegetarian options, while Halal and kosher choices are available at select sites. No registration or identification is necessary, and parents can pick up meals for their children. While we do not offer dining space, we invite you to take your meals to enjoy wherever you are. Please check for the nearest Meal Hub location as sites may change due to COVID-19 restrictions. Your health and well-being are our priority as we work to combat food insecurity in our community.
