Food Bank

Located in Forest Hills, NY, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for low-income individuals struggling with swallowing difficulties by offering access to a variety of specialized supplies such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We aim to create a welcoming environment where those in need can find practical solutions and compassionate support tailored to their unique dietary challenges.
