Women, Infants, Children (WIC)

Located in Flushing, NY, the Women, Infants, Children (WIC) program is dedicated to enhancing the health of low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to five years of age. Through our comprehensive food assistance services, we provide nutrition education, encouraging healthy eating and physical activity through engaging sessions led by experienced nutritionists. Our program also offers vital breastfeeding support, eWIC cards for purchasing nutritious foods, and essential referrals to other resources such as SNAP, health insurance, and healthcare providers. We believe in empowering families, ensuring they have access to the nutrition and services needed for optimal development and wellness. For those interested, our program requires a Medical Referral Form, which can be provided by your healthcare provider.
