Harvest to Haven is dedicated to addressing food insecurity in Flushing, NY, by providing essential food assistance to families in need. Our program focuses on sourcing surplus crops directly from local farmers, ensuring that vulnerable populations have access to vital nutrition, especially during challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic. We invite families to visit our community centers for weekly food distribution, where we offer surplus food packages on a first-come, first-served basis. Each family is eligible for one food package, and we encourage visitors to bring their own bags or carts for convenience. Together, we are working to nourish our community and make a meaningful impact on food access.
