Free Meals

Free Meals is a vital initiative dedicated to ensuring that every New Yorker can access nutritious food without barriers. Through our network of over 400 Meal Hubs in Elmhurst, NY, we provide three free meals every day to anyone in need. Our program is designed to accommodate families, children, and adults, offering grab-and-go meals to suit busy lives. Meal Hubs operate from 7:30 am to 11:30 am for children and families, and 11:30 am to 1:30 pm for adults, with no one turned away at any time. Each person can pick up three meals at once, with options for vegetarian, halal, and kosher diets available at select sites. While meals must be enjoyed off-site due to the absence of dining space, parents and guardians are welcome to collect meals for their children. Join us in combating food insecurity—no registration or ID is required, just come and receive the nourishment you deserve.
