Elizabeth Eckhardt, LCSW, PhD, is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate challenges such as relationships, depression, stress, anxiety, and particularly issues surrounding infertility. She employs a culturally sensitive approach, ensuring that her support resonates across diverse backgrounds. Elizabeth’s treatment methods are rooted in psychodynamic principles and compassion, reflecting her strong belief that personal growth and relational healing are within reach for everyone. She has had the profound privilege of witnessing transformative changes in individuals, couples, and families throughout her practice. Currently, Elizabeth facilitates 'Path to Parenthood' individual sessions and support groups targeted at Same-Sex Couples, Women aged 35 and older, and Men aged 35 and older confronting infertility-related challenges that are often emotional, physical, and financial in nature. A respected member of Resolve, the National Infertility Association, she is committed to creating safe spaces for discussion and support. Additionally, Elizabeth offers clinical supervision to fellow clinicians, understanding the importance of professional dialogue in navigating difficult client situations and recognizing the need for assistance when faced with personal triggers or challenging cases.
