In East Elmhurst, NY, Free Meals, an initiative by the New York City Department of Education, is dedicated to ensuring that every New Yorker can access vital food assistance without barriers. We proudly offer three nutritious meals daily at over 400 Meal Hubs across the city, catering to the diverse needs of our community. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, all adults and children are welcome to collect three meals at one time, with vegetarian, halal, and kosher options available at select sites. Our Meal Hubs operate at convenient hours – for children and families from 7:30 am to 11:30 am, and for adults from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm – all without the requirement for registration or identification. Everyone can enjoy the benefits of our grab-and-go meals, which we provide with the utmost care and commitment, ensuring no one ever leaves empty-handed.
