Our Home Delivered Meal Program offers compassionate, home-delivered, medically-tailored meals, ensuring that clients receive lunch and dinner five days a week at no cost. Each meal is specifically designed to meet the unique dietary needs of our clients, supported by ongoing nutritional counseling to enhance their well-being. Deliveries, which include multiple days' worth of meals, are scheduled one or two days a week based on the client’s zip code, and details are confirmed during the enrollment process. To access these essential services, clients can download and complete our application forms, signed by their medical provider, and submit them via fax or email, or they may call us to assist with the application process. We are dedicated to providing not just meals, but care and support to those in need.
