Veterans' Services in Bellmore, NY, is dedicated to supporting returning soldiers and their families as they transition to civilian life. We recognize the unique challenges faced by veterans, which is why we offer a range of essential services tailored to their needs. Our Military Appreciation Tuesdays allow veterans and their families to access emergency food assistance, personal care items, and household essentials at our food pantry, alongside valuable information about veteran-specific benefits. For those unable to visit us in person, our Mobile Pantry provides nutritious groceries directly to homebound and disabled veterans. Additionally, our VetsWork program equips veterans with the job skills necessary for a successful career transition, including résumé writing and job search assistance, while also offering opportunities for volunteer and training experiences. We are here to provide compassionate support to ensure that every veteran receives the resources they need.
