Carly Rainey

Carly Rainey is a compassionate and dedicated counselor who understands the challenges individuals face when seeking therapy. She creates a warm and nurturing environment that allows clients of all ages, including teens and adults, to feel safe and supported on their therapeutic journey. With a Master’s degree in Education from Hunter College and as a pre-licensed professional, Carly specializes in addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. Utilizing a variety of therapy types including narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Carly works collaboratively with clients to uncover and reconnect with their most authentic selves. She recognizes that taking the step to invest in oneself can be daunting and admires the courage that it takes to embark on this journey. Carly is committed to guiding clients in discovering what they need through integrative and person-centered approaches, helping them to navigate their inner worlds and achieve personal growth.
