Stephanie Szigethy is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to guiding individuals and couples through their most challenging times. Her clients often find themselves feeling confused, overwhelmed, or isolated, especially during difficult seasons of life. Recognizing the importance of support, Stephanie creates a safe and nurturing space where personal struggles can be explored with warmth and trust. Her mission is to help her clients achieve healing, restore peace and hope, and thrive in crafting the lives they both want and deserve. Specializing in trauma and PTSD as well as relationship issues, she works with clients facing significant life transitions, identity struggles, grief, anxiety, and addiction. With a belief that personal thriving encompasses multiple aspects of life, Stephanie employs a holistic and integrated therapeutic approach, addressing not only the primary issues at hand but also promoting overall health and wellbeing through her diverse methods including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Expressive Arts, and Faith-based counseling. She strives to maintain an authentic and nonjudgmental environment, ensuring that every individual feels respected and understood.
